We select the shipping company for your orders based on where you are geographically to ensure the speediest delivery times!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In case of returned packages to Inglot Puerto Rico by the shipping company due to but not limited to:

-          Customer provided incomplete address

-          Customer provided wrong address

-          Customer did not pick up the package for any reason

Inglot Puerto Rico will refund full cost of products and applicable taxes to customer. Inglot Puerto Rico will NOT refund cost of shipping handling and packaging the order.

EXCHANGES:

Inglot Puerto Rico does not offer exchange of the products purchased online.

RETURNS:

Inglot Puerto Rico will accept return of unopened and unused items within 14 days since the delivery time to your address.

Inglot Puerto Rico will not accept return of any used or open products.

All discounted sales are final.

In case of return, Inglot Puerto Rico:
- will refund full cost of products and applicable taxes to customer.
- will NOT refund cost of shipping handling and packaging the order to customer.
- will NOT refund cost of shipping handling and packaging the order back to the vendor.
